Indian Style Masala Potatoes

                Today, we'll teach you how to make some spicy Indian Style Masala Potatoes packed with explosive flavours and rich colours. Remember, fresh ingredients will allow the aromas to really awaken your senses and bring you rich and bold flavour profiles.

Heres what we'll need:

Potatoes 1-2 kg
Tomato Paste or Puree 1 cup
Tomatoes 1-2
Tamarind paste ½ cup
Fresh Green Chillies
Green Peppers 1
Fresh Black pepper 1 tsp
Crushed Red chili 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chaat masala for garnishing
Coriander for garnishing



Heres how:

1. Add potatoes, oil, fresh ginger, and garlic to a pan. Allow the ingredients to warm until you can smell the garlic and ginger cooking.

2. The potatoes will start to turn golden brown; when that happens, add diced tomatoes, tomato puree, crushed red chilli, green peppers, and peppers

3. After letting ingredients cook and stirring the mixture for about 2-4 minutes, add fresh green chills and salt as needed.

4. Serve with chat masala as needed and add coriander for garnish.
